The real ABOUT.HTM page is found in \galacth\galhome\file\About.htm

This is because it contains Text Variables, which are tags like this:
	[SYSTEM_NAME], [SYSTEM_COMPANY], [DOMAIN]
That are replaced with appropriate system content.

Pages found in the \WEBPAGES\ folder are NOT able to handle text variables at this time.
They are only processed by Active-HTML pages, which are found in the \GALACTH\ folder.
For pages you wish to just show some of these variables, we've standardized on placing them in
	\galacth\galhome\file\
and to display them from a web browser by using:
	www.yourWebsite.com/HOMEPAGE/pagename.HTM


The About.txt is used when the system inits for the very first time
to create a page for the Content Management System (CMS)
(Which is currently disabled in this iteration of the software)
